Sarah Donald is the Principal Designer, and co-founder of Hansenbuilt design.

Since she was a little girl she has always wanted to make people feel at home. She remembers playing wedding and all she wanted to be was the usher, greeting everyone and finding out what they needed to feel comfortable.

In her previous life, Sarah spent many years as an actor and fiddle player, performing in theatres across the globe. Here is where she learned to take risks, push the boundaries and think outside the box.

Through these rich experiences, Sarah and her incredible team, create both residential and commercial spaces that tell a story, that are relaxed yet elegant and that capture the human spirit.
